We accepts credit cards through PayPal. We apologize but we do not accept Personal Checks. It may take up to five business days to verify funds for money orders. Orders are processed when funds are verified. In some cases payment may need to be made in advance. We reserve the right to accept or deny any order based upon our sole discretion.
Orders are in U.S. currency and are completely secure. After you submit your online order and we receive it, we will then check for product availability*, confirm payment, assemble your order, package it, prepare it for shipment and finally get it out the door to you.
*Most products on this site are available, however occasionally we will either discontinue or temporarily run out of a given product in which case we will contact you via e-mail or phone. If the product is only temporarily out-of-stock we’ll give you the option of putting the order on back-order.
All orders are shipped throughout the US only, and are prepaid including shipping. Website subtotal invoice and automatic e-mail confirmation of order does not always* include total costs of shipping & handling. The shipping charge covers shipping, insurance, and tracking costs. We ship out orders everyday except for weekends and major holidays. After we receive your order, we will ship out your package within 3 business days. Post mail takes 5-10 business days to deliver.
*If your order consists of more than five items, the shipping cost will be higher.
We recommend hand washing your garments in cold water and hanging them on a line to dry. Some color bleeding may occur during the first few washes. Many customers report that they have no problem using a machine wash on cold and a dryer on permanent press. As you may already know, the best care for your garment is to hand wash and line dry. This way it will last much longer. Also be aware that excess wax can be left on the product as a result of the batik process. The wax is harmless and will come off after washing.
